Totally lousy results!

haha i got EEUU for my grades! wat crap!

had shep with jerel today! and i was like dozing off! oh man i'm soooo sorry! was really really shagged! i remember i just slept for a second and woke up! hahahaha!

and i slept in PW/econs too! wah lao i just cant control my sleeping! now coffee doesnt seem to work! :(

i saw a very funny sight too! at bugis junction, some little kids were playing in the fountain. at first the water was very little, not powerful. then this 2 little super small and cute kids like 2-3 years old were walking slowly to it, with their parents coaxing them to go nearer and play. then to their horror a super mighty jet of water sprang up from the holes up to about 6m in the air! the little children screamed and ran away! HOW CUTE! it made me laugh! i really want kids next time! hehe...

i came back from stayover at daniel's house at sengkang. the place is so new la all the flats and so much land! and no trees and so hot! not like ang mo kio at all!

anyway i was damn dumb. i wanted to eat cup noodles. i forgot to close the lid, so the aluminium part was exposed. i put it in the microwave then went to get some milk. then i heard a pop and i saw smth bad! THE LID WAS ON FIRE! little flame on it! wah damn funny! i quickly off it damn dumb la. luckily never spoil!

then we went to CGoverdrive 2006 to collect primary sources for our PW! yeah! damn fruitful! we collected like 50 surveys from strangers and like 3 good interviews from professionals! so cool man!

then on the way home in the mrt, damn embarrassing! i kept nodding when i slept, and my head always happen to find its way onto the man's shoulder on my left! so embarrassing la! like i nod, then my head will lean on his shoulder, then i quickly move back up, then seconds later it goes back down! so embarrassing! so i just put my hand on my chin and rest it there! i didnt dare face him so i quickly ran out once i reached the stop!

HAHA but it's real funny to see how ppl sleep! like during lectures! how their heads would move around in a circle, or keep nodding in one direction, or just lie face down on the table!
hhahaha!

tmr is monday and i hate mondays! argh!

exams over!

i went to fire conference 2006 at indoor stadium after collecting my guitar after lunch. went wif minops ppl. WOW man! paul baloche really really rocks la! i so want to be like him! lead pnw and play! ahahah!

anyway, the indoor stadium was really packed. reverend reinhard bonnke is a really good and inspiring speaker! he's the evangelist that lead millions to christ! power sia!

then after the whole conference, i went wif daniel leow and jovin from tertiary svc to go and camp at sweelee. there would be a sale on 1st july!

reached bras basah complex at 12am. never been that mad before! my first time queuing up for such thing overnight! soooo kiasu la. it was very long already at 12am, around 80-90 ppl! siao man!

and it was sooo hard to sleep. i din bring sleeping bag, so i just layed on the floor wif my bag as pillow. so painful la my back. stupid hard floor hard gay HOOOOO!

then at around 9am the doors opened. when it was our turn, it was like 10.30am or smth. we chionged in and i grabbed what i wanted! the boss acoustic simulator ac-3, the ibanez valbee and a gig bag.

but the dumb thing was the paying of the stuff. STUPID STUPID SLOW SLOW AUNTIES at the cashier were sooo inefficient and slow. i queued for 2hours+ to pay la! sian man. stand until my back hurts! :(

then when it was over, i was sooo tired. i took taxi home. reached about 1pm.

i love my life man! it's sooo exciting to add stuff to ur collections. God is good! He gave me wat i wanted, but not that i'm greedy or materialistic, is that i want to experiment new ways of playing!

next week would be a good week. exams are over. i think i can pass bio. but maths fail. chem got lil hope of passing. econs can pass. GP can pass.
i will promise to work harder!
and i'm looking forward to lesson in school again! i think it'll be fun to mix around wif my frens and classmates, eat together, study together, sleep in lecture together, talk together, lame together, lots of stuff to do! very fun!

and i hope to make more frens this term3!

thanks to the JC caregroup for everything! sorry if i posted this a day late, didnt have time to post yesterday, and yes i have not started on maths chem and econs! :@

anyway, went for my supposedly farewell CG yesterday. actually i pretty much expected a farewell "surprise" but samuel and robert told me that it was a farewell CG lol.
we played games first, 3 Up and then 3 & 7 Up lol, and then follow the leader. expectedly i was supposed to go out during follow the leader and they would prepare the surprise.

i came in, and they took out a chocolate fudge cake! but the thing was that no one had a knife so i had to bring the cake home lol!
then they presented to me an ashley PIG and a handmade cardboard flying V guitar! so touching! thanks a lot to those who did it!

then it was time for affirmation...

oh man i'm leaving central already and it's almost been 2 years since i'm in there...but now i'm transferring to ywam. i will miss this bunch of guys and girls, a fun-loving bunch!

to HC cg, grow strong in the Lord and expand our size! 20 by december!

i miss camp...

i wish life would slow down and rewind, back to church camp. it's just been one day and i miss it so much. and the thought of me not starting to study for exams is scaring me. nvm still got 2 weeks...

it all happened so quickly...here's how...

precamp day-6th june:
i left the house at 7.15am and reached nexus at 8am to help move things to PGP campsite. fortunately one of my guitar and pedal case were with gwen already! so i brought my other guitar. it was pretty fun moving stuff although the amps and drums were VERY VERY VERY HEAVY. we squeezed everything into the church truck in order to help daniel leow save a trip. however there were the missing drum clamp and a keyboard stand, so they had to go back again...
so we arrived late at PGP at around 10+ and started to setup. then had lunch at the central library. the food's so cheap and nice lah! better than HC! :@
so we arrived back at around 2+ and started our concert practise. we had many sessions for the concert already and i was pretty excited...
me, walmond and lee jun then went to eat roti prata at night after everything and went home...

camp day1-7th june:
it's camp day! and i was pretty excited! arrived at the campsite around 11.50am and went to our rooms. but then there were games and we couldnt play, but we had to sell drinks instead...hahaha and the most incredible thing was riding in the truck! i tell u it was a nightmare inside the church truck, esp when daniel's driving! HAHAHA...not that his driving is bad, but it was bumpy :P
and there was pnw1 at night! the sound system screwed up quite badly and the mics werent working. but thank God the crowd were enthu and excited!
at night we went for roti prata again!

day2-8thjune:
i was sooo tired because i slept at 2am and had to wake up at 8.30...there was pnw2 and the crowd was very hyped up also! praise God!
i'm trying to recall what happened later on because we never played games... :( :( :(
then there was the spiritual gifts workshop. i have the gifts of
1)musicians/singers
2)pastor
3)encouragement/faith

pnw3, then prata again at night i'm typing faster now lol...

day3-9th june:
the last night! which means the concert night! IGNITE! whooh! we had pnw4 the last one in the morning, then bring it on! in the afternoon, and then concert practise and then the concert!
before the doors were opened, we could hear the crazy bunch of 500+ youths outside the hall, queuing up to get the front seats haha...they were SINGING as we were practising! praise God!
but the sound system screwed up again and poor jiayi was very stressed trying to fix it!
then...the time has come...we played lots of songs from the new united we stand album! i could see that the youth werent that familiar with the songs. but they're nice!
then there was ministering time...i could see that the youths were really hot for God, and i could see the Holy Spirit moving and touching each and everyone of the youths, new or old christians. i could see ppl crying and kneeling, as hands and hearts were lifted up. the Lord then dropped a word into my heart when i was playing too. He said "do not worry about your parents going to china. it may seem a bad thing, but u cant see the situation for now. it's like a horizon, your eyes cant see beyond, but i can see and my plan is the best plan. trust in me the Lord your God always." and this touched me and i was assured of God's love for me that i cried when playing the song. it stirred up lots of emotions in the crowd as well, as the Holy Spirit descended upon his children and moved the place.
and yongsheng receieved Christ and yvonne receieved the Holy Spirit! and the others of HC were growing! the newcomers, jon, ryan, robert, fung min, yvonne and yongsheng have seriously grown a lot through this camp. God has created a new generation of J1s who are close in fellowship and hot for the word! amen! 20 HCIans! here we go! (even though i cant help much)
then after ministering time, dennis and shirley brought up sparkling wine for everyone to YUMSENG! it was to represent the kind of victory and pledge for the number of ppl each CG wants to have. but they go and shake and shoot the sparkling wine on everyone la! make the floor so sticky and dirty and we had to stay back and clean it THOROUGHLY! hahaha...
but now it was 12+ and i was zombified. i joined my new CG, ywam! and we celebrated wynnie's bday and they welcomed me and ben wai...lol i was dozing off :( too sleepy la. then when the rest went to play, i went back to my room and KOed...very tired...

last day :( :( :( -10th june
it was the last day. everyone was tired as most didnt sleep much. LOL! we had the final high praise and everyone took pics before leaving. i went home and KOed again...
then ywammers had a movie outing at PS to watch cars! it was damn cute! the idea was just brilliant! PIXAR ROCKS!
then me, walmond, ethan, ruizhen and yao guo went to harry's @ esplanade to watch paul pannochiaro (i dunno how to spell) perform his weekly dosage of jazz/funk/blues. HE'S DAMN PRO! WHOOH!
but then it was late and there were no more trains. so i took 162 bus all the way back to YCK mrt. i reached like 1am? :O then i had to walk back home and arrived back at around 1.20! i was zombified already. KOed!

ok enough typing my hands are tired. i shall start studying this week!

i'm back from china, well not really came back 2 days ago. got to do this fast, need to sleep soon...

came back on sunday 7pm. was at the guangzhou airport and we couldnt get into the lounge. so we went to some stupid cutthroat-dumbass-cheatmoney restaurant that cheated our money and guess what? 63RMB for 7up and a cup of tea. that's around $12? STUPID RIGHT? when we saw the price, no choice liao cause we sat down...heart pain...
and on the plane i watched pink panther and firewall. i also watched the intro of date movie again! DATE MOVIE IS DAMN FUNNY! it's sooo stupid and damn lame.

ok anyway some 10 things about china...
1)the air was bad. it made my lungs dirty and my cough grew damn bad
2)the food are damn cheap. i ate a lot and hopefully gained weight
3)it costs about $40 for a full meal for 4 of us at some posh restaurant
4)clothes are cheap i bought 2 jeans and a belt
5)i learned more cantonese so now i can converese better. CHALLENGE ME!
6)they have lots of korean dramas
7)the fashion is quite backward >.<
8)'desperate housewives' is episodes ago
9)they dont spit as much as winter
10)mcdonald's breakfast costs half the price here

well i enjoyed china and i met my father. my sis and my mom maybe going over during august or smth...

and tmr is camp! we had music prac just now for damn long but it was tiring lol...we moved everything from nexus there so tiring and heavy! wah but it was fun! FIRST TIME! :)

have nothing much to write now...but i...oops i forgot wat i wanted to write...OH! i havent started studying yet! only next week can, after camp! :)

oh i also dropped my strat from the stand on stage and there's like 3 dents and 2 paint peel offs i can see the wood! HEART PAIN HEART PAIN! it's worse than getting dumped hahaha...

angry, frustrated

simon has never been this angry and frustrated in his entire life these few weeks...

i dunno why but lately i've been getting very angry and frustrated over little things, and stupid things. like i totally lose control of myself and go into a rage and start, becoming mad. i need to cool down man. i think the reasons why i have become like that is due to my stupid computer which is totally busted and gone, my inability to find things before i go out, and my irritating sisters.

since the crashing of my comp, i did not feel much. just very pek chek. but wat i cant stand is not being able to access the internet. it's like being cut off from the world, from the frens, forums, news etc. damn sian la. and now my sis comp also cant work so i'm using my other sis laptop. it's soooo irritating. and also i'm angry over little things like not being able to find my stuff. i'm a grumpy old man i need to beat things up and punch stuff. haha dont think i'm crazy i just need to let loose...and also my sisters sometimes really irritate me a lot and i dunno how to control my temper and just scream. then my mom will come and scold and my sis will yell and i will yell and in the end everyone gets angry and starts shouting. so unhealthy la! haiz someone help me!

camp is drawing nearer but it seems my spiritual life is not getting much better. hope it will be different after the camp but right now i need to control my emotions and prepare for the camp. sorry to those who have been affected by my temper lol...

anyway on a lighter note, my classmates just returned from ubin camp! surprisingly it looks quite fun but too bad i had to miss it lol. and i just missed another movie outing! they went to watch xmen3 and right now i have missed MI3, da vinci, and poisedon. now have to miss xmen3! :@:@:@

but because i had to get something more impt, i had to miss xmen3. i got a VINTAGE 80s japanese flanger! wah it's damn cool it looks old and vintage but still works damn good. made in japan someone sia! can still see the laber. the owner really took great care of it hahaha...

and check out my pedal rig! it's all done now, finally...for now! haha but there's no more space for another pedal :(

today, marked the day, wait, YESTERDAY, the saturday, of my first sports competition i took part in. HWA CHONG TAEKWONDO sent everyone down to YCK sports hall. we got overall silver in the end. HWA CHONG GOGOGO! WE ROCK!
but so sad i didnt even get thru the first round of the comp, the prelims. i trained very hard and prayed hard also, but God didnt answer my prayer but letting me get through. it could be because of a few reasons, being:
1) i dont deserve to win, maybe God doesnt want me to get thru
2) God is testing me
3) He wants me to wait before my prayer gets answered

i think the last 2 are the most logical reasonings. hehe...

anyway it was quite sian, 11am-9pm for the comp. BUT MY WHOLE class is in PULAU UBIN camp now hahaha! i get to pon! WHOOH!
but today i could sense the spirit of my tkd club. although we may be ill disciplined, rude, slack, etc and all the bad stuff, we're all very united and supportive for the competitors. but it was awesome the HC spirit. but we cant compare to VJ because they're always cheering and waving banners. they're mad! hahaha...

and i realised my STUPID EZ LINK is INVALID and spoilt i have to go sembawang or hougang to fix it! :@:@:@

anyway here are the things i'm going to do during the JUNE HOLIDAYS!!! WHOOH!

let me explain to u my painting! this is the painting of the classroom. and we all noe the classroom is not a nice place to be in, because we have to listen to boring teachers and struggle to keep awake.
but the main explanation is this. i used dull colours, brown, grey and simple monotonous colours to represent the boring and monotonous routine we go through in school everyday, every week and every year. notice the colours, they go from light to dark, left to right. this represents the class being divided by the intellectual abilities of the students, e.g. smart, average, dumb, very dumb, simon etc...and the 3 chairs in the middle represent the rankings, smart, average and dumb. the tables next to them represent the results, and the dark side is the lousier side. haha...
nice explanation right! :p

and jiemin wouldnt stop laughing to herself about the old woman with the harmonica. seriously! is it that funny? hahaha! and she reminded me of my emoticons all gone, and my computer's seroiusly BUSTED FRIED DEAD MRS SAM GONE DETSROYED DOOMED and there's no way i noe of to recover it. and speaking of jiemin, she told us a question on giving $1m to a:
1) old woman playing the harmonica on the road
2) 5 year old boy who's parents died in tsunami
3) 23 year old man suffering from cancer.
the $1m would help someone, and the moral of the story was that God chooses to give things to ppl that He wants to, i.e. spiritual gifts. and i chose to give to the man. arts people would give the money to the man or child, but science ppl would take the money, invest it in a bank, get enough money, and give it to everyone! hahaha! that's dumb

this is a super long post. it's late now and i'm typing on my lap because the stupid keyboard holder went in and wont come out! it's stuck la! everything arounds me seems to be spoiling and DYING AND GETTING BUSTED AND MRS SAM!

the day has come...and TAYLOR HICKS WON! whooh! i'm so happy! this is the FIRST time someone we supported actually WON! haha he rocks man!

had western oils sabbaticals today. woke up at 8.30 and reached school at 9.10. but whooh can wake up later a bit! i'm lovin' it! ;)
we did a water colour painting, and i painted yushu's teddy bear! it's so cute but my technique was wrong, i used acrylic style, so didnt look nice! robert's one was nice because he's ang moh and the teacher likes him. LOL
we ended around 1.45! whooh! and i chionged home to prepare for music prac later. so exciting i look forward to the camp! got new effects rig too! so shiok! but my stupid wah pedal keeps dropping off so i take it out first. :)

i'm not going to blog much tonight and it's like 13min away from tmr! i'm so angry and fed up with the stupid comp. it's so bloody slow and i just reformatted it. i have to reinstall every single shit and IT'S MAKING MY BLOOD BOIL! i'm so angry right now...the comp is slow and it reminds me of a comp 10 years ago. it's like a younger-than-mrs samuel kind of computer! i want to bash it up...

I AM SO PISSED! MY STUPID COMP IS SPOILT! i'm using my sis one and it's like a tortoise! i still prefer my own comp! must reformat tmr and if everything is gone, KILL ME! luckily i have 2 hard drives and i contain most of them on the second drive! (: smart right! ahahaha

tmr is rock climbing i dunno wat's going to happen. but i hope i dont have to belay someone twice my weight *coughryancough*! but jianmin's going tmr! haha can talk to him and catch up with old times!

we went to KFC for dinner today. it was freaking oily makes me wanna puke! that means...MORE PIMPLES! ARGH!!! and i saw smth very funny...a family of fat people eating KFC. i guess they must have go there every weekend because they're arms and thighs can probably feed an entire army for a lifetime! LOL! oops i'm so evil! but i saw the woman, or you can call her YO MAMA, her arm was larger than my thigh! haha, oh btw "yo mama so fat that when she fell in love, she broke it!" HAHAHA damn stupid!

i also managed to catch like 10min of singapore idol. it's quite funny very dumb. haha i think it would have been fun if i joined. TOO BAD NO ONE wants to queue with me! pity pity...

enough injuries for the pass week, hope tmr rock climbing i wont split my pants or whack against the rocks! HAHAH!
